[Download-List] Field delimiters

Actually, this isn't working for me either. It gives me the following:

"field1"<"field2"<"field3"<"field4"<"field5"

What I would like to see is:

field1<+>field2<+>field3<+>field4<+>field5

I should have read the manual first.  It looks like 'COMMA.CHAR "<+>"' might
work.

I'm writing an extract routine for another party that is requesting a field
delimiter of "<+>" (w/out the quotes). Is there a way to accomplish this
