[Download-List] Installing new version of DOWNLOAD

Shawn,
I always just change the name of the dir from like DOWNLOAD7  -TO-
DOWNLOAD7.1 for example (and update my VOC pointers).  If you are not
worried about loosing download (easy restore) I guess you could just
purge the contents of the directory and reuse it over and over...
