[Download-List] Download Excel format

I cheat and force the text format tags around fields for Excel.

HTML.START '=T("' HTML.END '")'\

I then further cheat and give my HTML download an XLS extension so users
can just click on the file. A bit sloppy, I agree, but works well. Only
thing users have to remember to do is Save as... and change it to Excel
workbook.
