[Download-List] Using Downlaod to download all fields in a file.

I don't think a pointer to DICT.DICT is created in Unidata
by default.  Here is what ours looks like:
001: F
002: /usr/ud61/sys/DICT.DICT
003: /usr/ud61/sys/DICT.DICT
Note that lines 2 and 3 are identical...the master dictionary
is its own dictionary.

You should be able to get your DOWNLOAD statement
working by making a single line change in DOWNLOAD.PARSE
around line 4752:
AE DOWNLOAD.SOURCE DOWNLOAD.PARSE
F PROCESS.AT.RECORD
L TYPE
C/TYPE/TYP/
FIB

I don't have a DICT.DICT file. at least not according to LIST VOC ...

Did I miss an installtion step ?
