[Download-List] Double Quotes in LITERAL command

Sorry all,
I guess that was a dumb question for the start of the day.  I know about
merge.list.  I use it quite a bit in my current PA to determine who as
paid and not paid.  Sad or funny take your pick...

All,
I use download to extract data for CBORD too.  However I have found it
lacking.  It needs to be pre-processed to find who dropped out from the
day before.  Has anyone written any code to track this yet in envision?
Currently I extract the data import it to a minor access database and
compare who was in the list last run to this run mark the records
accordingly then extract the records that are new or dropped only for
CBORD. -KJ

Or have I misses something here?

So how do you get it to output the fixed format and don't you have to
tell it number of records? (sorry to ask such obvious questions, I use
download but our program for cboard was written by another programmer
who does not use download and I am wanting to approach him with this...)
