[Download-List] Email addresses

My goal is to create a list of student email addresses (actually
WebAdvisor logins) that can be placed in the 'BCC' campus email field
for a particular group.

Currently, this is my process:

To get email addresses with semi-colon:

:GET.LIST STARS 

>DOWNLOAD STUDENTS O06.STU.WEBADVISOR.LOGIN LITERAL "1" FORMAT COMMA
QUOTE.CHAR "" FILE &HOLD& SALLY OVERWRITING NOPAGE 

Paste data into Notepad.

Edit - replace ,1 with ;

Is there a better way?
