[Download-List] Dynamically Generated File Key?

I know I can create a computed column and make a file key. But it would be
nice not to have to do that.

Our terms are numeric, and our current term is 2007.3. So I tried this out
just to see what would happen:

GET.LIST 2007.3.ENROLLED

DOWNLOAD STUDENTS \

  SECONDARY.FILE STUDENT.TERMS KEY @ID:"*2007.3*UG" \

  STU.FIRST.NAME \

  STU.LAST.NAME \

  STUDENT.TERMS->STTR.TERM.GPA \

FILE HOLD 2007.2.GPAS.XLS FORMAT DIF HEADING FIELD.NAMES OVERWRITING

Resulting in:

The following records were not found on STUDENTS.

Possible causes include mistyping keywords,

mistyping record keys, or having an extraneous

continuation character in your DOWNLOAD statement.

"*2007.3*UG" not found.

"" not found.

Invalid syntax "KEY @ID:": should be "KEY fieldName"

So no luck. But, can something like this be done within DOWNLOAD without
creating a computed column?

Thanks,

Jeffery G. Summers
