[Download-List] Encryption of download

You usually issue the UTSEND command after the creation of the _HOLD_ file.
Here is the syntax. 

: UTSEND _HOLD_ filename email_address_of_receipient

I agree - we use & love DOWNLOAD.  We build queries using DOWNLOAD into 
menus for the users to access directly. 

However, I'm not familiar with UTSEND -- what is it & how do you use it 
with DOWNLOAD?  Willing to share a sample?
