Dave,

Thank you for your response. The issue is resolved. It was not the size issue, there was some dictionary item that caused the problem. Once we deleted that, the download worked fine. Thanks again.

Anjna--

It appears that your live account is using a different version of DOWNLOAD than the test account. You could verify this by looking at the VOC record for DOWNLOAD.SOURCE in each of the accounts.

The limit for dictionary records was changed from 250 to 300 at version 6.00

The limit is set in the file I_DOWNLOAD_MAX_COMMON. You could change the limit to a higher value like 350 or 400 if you would like. You will need to recompile all of the programs (using the installation paragraph BUILDDL.VOC). After recompiling, quit out of Unidata and then come back in so that the COMMON areas get reset.

Hello Dave,

I have a question, I hope you can answer. I created one download process in one of our test accounts and have it moved over into live account. It works fine in test account but when I ran it in live account, I am getting the following message:

Output to screen

*** Fatal Error, too many dictionary items: 251

*** Program stopped due to errors. ***

Click FINISH to complete...

I deleted it from live and moved it back from test account, it still does not work. Help please?

Also I can't get to your web site. When I tried to subscribe today, it tells me that I am already subscribed to this account.

Thanks in advance.
