[Download-List] @YEAR variable - manual wrong ?

The Change History shows v7.30 having a documentation fix because @YEAR returns a 2 digit year not 4 digit, but the v7.30 and v7.40 manuals both still show 4 digits (2003) and describe the output as 4 digits in the chart describing the @ variables.
Presumably this is wrong and @YEAR does only return 2 digits ? (I'm still running v7.20).
