[Download-List] Having Problems with BREAK.ON and FOOTING.ON

I think adding FOOTING.ON N12.PBC.HRP.LFM.NAME LITERAL '' would change the dup to a blank line.

Or you could change FOOTING.ON FINAL to FOOTING.ON N12.PBC.HRP.LFM.NAME and then add FOOTING.ON FINAL LITERAL '' to the end.

Notice that the last two lines before the break are the same.

I have looked at the data - and there are no duplicates. The last two lines will change based on how the records are sorted.

Any help would be appreciated.
