[Download-List] download-list Digest, Vol 79, Issue 6

Dave,

I have not been able to resolve this and was just able to recreate it
myself.  We have only had this problem for the last 4 to 6 months, never in
the 15+ years before.   I was in STAT--> ACTD-->SACD for one student.  When
I execute the DOWNLOAD command I get the record lock message below.

FYI the DOWNLOAD uses the STUDENTS file and several SECONDARY.FILES.    See
below
