[Download-List] out of BUF_TYPE space running DOWNLOAD

Mary,

We did see this for awhile, but it was quite a long time ago & I'm not sure
I remember what we did to fix it -- I think it was something to do with
using the EVAL statement & we might have built a Computed Column to replace
the EVAL -- but I'm not sure.

I will try to research & post if I find anything ...
