[Download-List] Software rules

It's interesting that I don't recall anyone asking for email capability
before.

At Cedarville University, we used other software for email capabilities:
our PRINT.PAGE routine.  I'll attach the intro section of the PRINT.PAGE
documentation so that you can see how the software operates.  I'll also
attach the documentation section which illustrates sending email.

PRINT.PAGE and related subroutines are available at:
ftp://ftp.cedarville.edu

PRINT.PAGE is still being used for lots of internal purposes.  For
marketing purposes, external service providers offer some advantages:
* fancier HTML layouts, embedded images, etc.
* tracking "open" rates
