The goal here is for Excel to actually comprehend<br>
that what it's opening is in fact a spreadsheet.<br>

And have it open it without prompts, and put<br>
the results into columns and rows.<br>
<br>
It would be nice if DOWNLOAD could do that<br>
since Accuterm's export facility does allow<br>
exporting natively to Excel files, so we can<br>
see that it's *possible* to do so.<br>

 and the file opens in Excel. It doesn’t ask any questions, and while the format may not be all that is desired, it works, it’s readable, and it can be sorted and filtered.</span></font></div>

 within Excel. It’s not exactly a huge burden, but the save/open/import routine is a bit clumsy.  I’d like to make it easier –I’d like them to be able to double-click on the attachment and open it, as they would a .csv.</span></font></div>
