[Download-List] @date issue...

Maggie,

I have been doing some reading in the 7.02 PDF manual. It seems that it
is not the case that the heading does not have to come first, but with
the use of the "detail" command, "heading"(s) can come most anywhere.

The news that I have discovered is that I can print just fine if I do
not use a @VAR with the "HEADING FIELD.NAMES" option.

Is this a bug or by design?

Anyone know? TIA

This is a DOWNLOAD 7.02, UNIDATA, UNIX -AIX 5.1 system. If it matters.

I think you need to move the Date field to somewhere before the keyword
"HEADING". You actually want the date to be output as part of the data,
so all data fields need to be defined before "HEADING".

Hope this helps.
