[Download-List] Question regrading BREAK.ON Command

Actually, I took a closer look and what I really need is the 'D' option
parameter for the BREAK.ON command. When using the either the T or D
option it seems like DOWNLOAD is looking for a literal value at the at
both the BREAK.ON and FOOTING .ON lines rather than interpreting the 'T'
or 'D' as an option parameter. (These are part of the option parameters
found in Uniquery command set.)
