If you're only looking for donors and totaling what they've given - using
the BREAK.ON "'D'" functionality, another route to consider is just using
"LIST file BREAK.ON "'D'" field LPTR.  Use SETPTR to direct your output to
the _HOLD_ file - I think it's mode 3. Then you can ftp the results from
there.

Actually, I took a closer look and what I really need is the 'D' option
parameter for the BREAK.ON command. When using the either the T or D option
it seems like DOWNLOAD is looking for a literal value at the at both the
BREAK.ON and FOOTING .ON lines rather than interpreting the 'T' or 'D' as an
option parameter. (These are part of the option parameters found in Uniquery
command set.)
