I just noticed line 3 of your voc definition: D_VOC.

Is that what I'm doing wrong?  I was thinking that should read
'...D_DOWNLOAD.SOURCE'

I think if you make 'DOWNLOAD.SOURCE' look like this:

Top of "DOWNLOAD.SOURCE" in "VOC", 3 lines, 57 characters.
