[Download-List] R18 Support for our Download addiction.

I just want to point out that there are other users of DOWNLOAD outside
of the Benefactor/Colleague system.  I plug it on u2-users regularly.
So some people on this list might not have a clue what R18 and DUG are.
(Release 18 of Colleague and Datatel Users Group, respectively.)

That said, does Datatel support DOWNLOAD at all?  I'm under the
impression that it's free, the source is available, and you use it at
your own risk.  Which is minimal, considering that Dave usually fixes
things within days, weeks at the outside. ;)
