[Download-List] Controlling HEAD content in Download

Is there a way to control the information contained specifically within
the HEAD tag in an html download? Other than HTML.TITLE, which builds
the title within the heading, are there any other options? I am trying
to get metadata and script info in before the BODY tag starts. I realize
that if an HTML.HEAD were available, it would supersede the HTML.TITLE.

Any suggestions?
