[Download-List] DOWNLOAD Version

My school uses the DOWNLOAD version 7.13 in Datatel R17 and R18. It has
been a while to login to ftp.cedarville.edu. I would like to check what
current version is, so I log in to /pub/unidata today. But it looked
different. Would you please tell me what is the most current version of
the DOWNLOAD and the correct directory to download it? I use the
anonymous as User ID.
