[Download-List] Download clarification

More information:

I cannot duplicate this in any other account that we have.  Our dev
account is exactly like our live account; our live account has this
indicator and the dev account does not.

We are using the SAME version (v.7.01) of download in BOTH accounts. 

Not sure how to proceed.  Any suggestions?

I am getting the following when using DOWNLOAD being called from a
Paragraph that is being called from a menu in UI R18 Colleague:

I have checked and double checked the data and it appears to be correct
and I am not sure why I am seeing this but it will confuse my users when
they start seeing this so I am wondering what I need to do?

situation.
