Version 7.21 of DOWNLOAD is now available at ftp.cedarville.edu.

DOWNLOAD is a utility program which produces output files in
ASCII, mail-merge, HTML, XML, dBASE, or DIF formats.
Output files can be used by service bureaus and government
agencies or used directly by standard software packages.
DOWNLOAD is easy to use, because it uses syntax like
the LIST statement.

Version 7.21 contains two bug fixes:
* Bug fix (the forced compilation of an uncompiled virtual field
within a
* secondary file did not use the correct field name)
* Bug fix (online documentation did not reference new XML
* capabilities added in version 7.20)

Version 7.20 was released in April. Changes in that version included:
*   Add XML.GROUP.ATTRIBUTE qualifier.
*   Add XML.ELEMENT qualifier.
*   Add DEFAULT XML.ELEMENT option.
*   Add DEFAULT XML.ATTRIBUTE option.
* Bug fix (APPEND in format XML should remove closing root tag)
* Bug fix (documentation indicated that XML.FILE.NAME NONE will
* function the same as XML.FILE.NAME "", but this was not
happening)
* Corrected documentation on illegal characters in XML values (the
* documentation indicated that these characters would be removed,
* but they are actually replaced by acceptable expressions)
