[Download-List] Download version 7.21 error

I just figured it out...  We had a previous version of DOWNLOAD 4.0
which was locally cataloged.  When I loaded DOWNLOAD 7.21 I cataloged it
globally, so it was looking at DOWNLOAD.INIT in the VOC (old version).
I re-ran BUILDDL.VOC and cataloged it DIRECT which overwrote the local
VOC entries. 

Keith, you should be able to just type DOWNLOAD at the colon prompt,
which will give you the DOWNLOAD help screen (DOWNLOAD.HLP).  Sounds
like a permission problem or the file is missing in your version.

I am not sure I am on the right page, but you need to run Download
against a file.  When I run just download by itself in my test account I
get:

:DOWNLOAD
DOWNLOAD version 7.13
Can not open "DOWNLOAD713" "DOWNLOAD.HLP" as a sequential file
:


So as you can see I am a version back.  Did you send the whole command
you ran?  Did you ever have this running?

After downloading the 7.21 version, I'm getting the following message
when I type DOWNLOAD at the colon prompt:

In DOWNLOAD/_DOWNLOAD.INIT at line 18 Incorrect redefinition of common
area: dim
ension size not matched.
 
Any help would be much appreciated....
