Just insert the following after SSN in your DOWNLOAD statement:

CONV "MCN"

Example:

DOWNLOAD PERSON SSN CONV "MCN" LAST.NAME FIRST.NAME FILE HOLD TEST.CSV FORMAT COMMA

This CONV phrase tells DOWNLOAD to do a "MCN" conversion on the SSN field.  A "MCN" conversion will extract all numerical characters from the field.

Is it possible to remove the "-" from SSN in Dowload?
