[Download-List] Empty XML tags

I don't know of any way to do this presently, but I'll look at
incorporating this option in the next release.  I should have that
release ready later this month.

has a schema that for some fields is described as positive integer. This
field may be empty, in which case it’s rejected as it’s not a
positive integer. How can we tell Download to not send this field if
