David,
I have not used the option myself however in the download 7.4 pdf it says this an option:

NO.PRINT.ERRORS
When doing repetitive processing with DOWNLOAD, you may have a situation
where some records in your select list will generate errors (record not found,
illegal field value, etc.), but you want to consider this "normal" and not have
DOWNLOAD generate an error report. The NO.PRINT.ERRORS option will
suppress printing of the error report.

This looks like a great starting point.

Subject: [Download-List] Suppressing Download's display

Is there any way of suppressing all of Download's displays except errors ? I am using Download in a phantom that runs every 20 seconds and it's filling the &PH& with its information messages when I only want to see errors. I've turned off the display count - is there anything else I can turn off ?
