[Download-List] Problems with the '|' delimiter?

Thanks Fred for the followup.

Turns out my use of the 'vi' editor twas the issue.  I opened the query again using 'AE' and I noticed that the '|' delimiter characters had been replaced with a lower case 'u' with two dots on top.   :(

To fix I had AE show all unprintable characters (shift 6) then converted all of the '^253' character strings back to '|' and saved.

There's something in my 'vi' environment setup that was causing the character to be changed.  For the time being I'm going to be doing any edits with the AE editor.
