[Download-List] Installing 7.4

I should have added to my previous reply...
 
Another possible cause for this problem is that the user running DL.BUILDVOC does not have full rights for deleting or over-writing catalog entries and object code.

I was using 7.3 for some time now with no problems. I notice that there was a new version to 7.4. I installed 7.4 on our test account and ran my own test queries and works fine. I then went to our production account and update it. I get no problems but when I run a test query or help I get this message:
