Check out the NUM.VALUES command; I think there's an " all values" argument. It helps, but MVs in download are just...kinda ugly.

I'm having a challenge when downloading information for a report and I was hoping someone could provide a solution.
The setup is:
DOWNLOAD STUDENTS @ID A07.STU.FIRST.NAME <http://A07.STU.FIRST.NAME> STU.LAST.NAME <http://STU.LAST.NAME> STU.ACAD.PROGRAMS NUM.VALUES ALL MV.ORIENTATION VERTICAL STU.CATALOGS NUM.VALUES ALL MV.ORIENTATION VERTICAL A07.STU.STPR.START.DATE NUM.VALUES ALL MV.ORIENTATION VERTICAL FORMAT COMMA FILE _HOLD_ 70.TESTING OVERWRITING
When I try to import the information into an excel spreadsheet the information formats as example below in different cells instead of aligning properly into the columns. the three fields are not associated. Is there any suggestions in getting to format the three pieces of information correctly? Or at least can someone share with me as to why this would occur?
