[Download-List] help with install? DOWNLOAD v7.30

Hi.

I've downloaded and followed the steps for installing DOWNLOAD version 7.30 
but am getting compilation failures on two routines: DOWNLOAD and 
DOWNLOAD.PARSE.  I'm hoping someone can suggest what I should do to get 
this running. :-)

My environment is Unidata 7.2.1 on HP-UX and I did change my ECLTYPE from 
type P to type U before running BUILDDL.VOC. I'm including the errors 
reported for these two routines. If I need to provide any further info, 
please let me know.
